2020 Dan Davis Custom Koa Acoustic Guitar

In 2020, Luthier Dan Davis of Davis Custom Guitars created a beautiful Koa 6-string guitar for a Cincinnati, Ohio area client.  The guitar features Curly Koa throughout including the top, sides, and back of the guitar. This guitar is not only stunning to look at but the sound of the instrument is out of this world as well. 

This guitar was created with an Ebony fretboard for supreme playability, durability and looks.  It has unusual inlay fret markers which are custom rosette with quilted maple and are all handmade.   A Fishman Blend pick-up completes this custom guitar.  The proud owner of this guitar has incredible talent…don’t be surprised if you see this musician and instrument sometime soon!
